Jodi's Peaches & Cream Cheesecake

Crust

3/4 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding

3 tbsp butter melted

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

Filling

15-20 oz sliced peaches drained. Reserve juice

8 oz cream cheese softened

1/2 cup sugar

3 tbsp peach juice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie pan

3. Spread sliced peaches over crust

4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice and spread over peaches

5. Sprinkle 1tbsp of sugar and cinnamon over the top

6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
